Position the front wheel in the adjusted wheel cradle and secure it with the prescribed straps before lifting. Follow the operating instructions for your approved setup.

✓Use the prescribed straps and fully engage the locks.

✓Raise the secured front wheel with a cordless drill, then remove the drill.

✓Push the motorcycle into the bed, lock the frame and add the transport straps.

HOW IT WORKS

From setup to transport.

STEP 01

Prepare Your Setup

Work on firm, level ground. Extend and lock the inner frame, engage the hinge locks and lower the wheel cradle with a cordless drill.

STEP 02

Secure Your Motorcycle

Place the front wheel straight into the adjusted cradle and secure it with the prescribed straps. Raise the cradle, then remove the drill.

STEP 03

Raise, Push & Lock

Once the secured front wheel is raised, remove the drill. Release the frame lock and push the motorcycle into the bed to the stop. Lock the frame, check the ramp straps and add all required transport straps.

Does PiggyBack fit my truck?

Fitment depends on model, year, bed length and motorcycle setup. We review each request individually.

What motorcycles can I load?

Heavy touring motorcycles, cruisers and custom setups are reviewed individually. Custom bikes require checks of the front wheel, fender, tire width, wheel size, fork and cradle. Similar motorcycles are not a fitment approval.

What is the weight capacity?

Standard supports up to 992 lb (450 kg) motorcycle weight. Above 450 kg, the Heavy Duty Kit is required, up to 1,433 lb (650 kg). Truck payload and axle loads must also be checked.

Do I need to drill into my truck?

Installation details are checked for your individual truck and configuration during fitment review. Do not assume a drilling-free installation before that review.

Can my tailgate still close?

That depends on the truck bed and configuration; ask during the fitment review.

Where is installation performed?
